Political Campaign Statement

 

Sultan Jihad Ahmad Community Foundation policy in regards to political campaigns.

 

The Sultan Jihad Ahmad Community Foundation, its members, directors or staff acting on behalf of the foundation shall not directly or indirectly participate in or intervene in any Political Campaign on behalf of (or opposition to) any candidate running for public office. Further, no charitable donations or contributions shall be made to any political campaign fund, nor public statement of position (verbal or written) shall be made on behalf of the Foundation in favor or opposition to any candidate for public office. The Foundation facilities shall not be used to raise money for any political campaign or candidate.

 

  ·  Endorsing or opposing either directly or indirectly any candidate for
    public office

  ·  Donating or contributing to a candidate’s campaign

  ·  Participating or engaging in political fundraising events or
    otherwise soliciting    

     contributions to a candidate’s campaign

  ·  Distributing statements for or against a particular candidate

  ·  Engaging in any other activity that may favor or oppose a candidate
